This notice applies only to information submitted through the NrG Light customer review form. Last updated August 17, 2026.
The review form collects the selected product, star rating, review title and text, display name, email address, and consent confirmation. A city and state, customer photos, and a YouTube or Vimeo link are optional. For spam prevention, the system stores a one-way hash derived from the submitting IP address; the raw IP address is not stored in the review database.
After manual approval, the product, rating, review title and text, display name, optional location, submission month and year, and approved photos or video link may appear on the website. A verified-purchase label appears only when NrG Light confirms the purchase against its order records.
The email address, moderation notes, and hashed IP value are not returned by the public review service. The email address is used only to moderate the submission, verify a purchase, or respond to a correction or deletion request. Review-submission email addresses are not used for marketing.
Photos selected through the review form are resized to a maximum dimension of 2,000 pixels and re-encoded before upload. This reduces file size and removes the original file’s embedded metadata. Customers should still avoid submitting images that visibly contain addresses, account information, medical records, or other private details. Video files are not uploaded; an approved YouTube or Vimeo link may be displayed, and opening or playing it is subject to that service’s privacy practices.
Review records and customer photos are stored using Cloudflare services. Submissions may remain stored while pending, approved, or rejected until they are no longer needed for moderation or are manually deleted. Approved material remains public until it is removed. NrG Light may retain limited records when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, disputes, or legal obligations.
To request correction or deletion of a review, email info@nrglight.com from the address used with the submission. NrG Light may ask for enough information to locate the review and verify the request before making a change.
