Touchscreen control is built into the full NrG panel platform. Android app beta testing is underway, and iPhone compatibility is planned for a future release.

First, use the panel touchscreen to confirm that the appropriate wavelengths are turned on and their intensity is above 0%. If the wavelengths are already enabled, use the panel touchscreen and go to Settings → Other Settings → Factory Reset → OK. Some firmware may label this menu More Settings. This can occasionally occur after using the app. After the reset, select the desired wavelengths again and start the session. A factory reset may erase saved preferences, including Custom 1–4 on panels that include them. If the panel still does not emit light, switch it off, unplug it, and contact NrG Light support.
