What sets the platform apart

The differences that matter.

NrG Light is designed around spectrum, control, scalable coverage, and transparent measurement—not a single headline number.

01

Spectrum + independent control

Aura, Aurora, and Phoenix offer nine channels from 530 to 1060 nm, each independently adjustable from 0–100%. Use Smart Scenes or build a custom wavelength mix.

02

From targeted to full-body

The lineup spans rechargeable SPARK, compact Aura, mid-size Aurora, full-body Phoenix, and commercial PRIZM. Multiple form factors make it easier to match coverage and positioning to your needs.

03

Measured performance

Phoenix measured 82.5 mW/cm² at 6 inches on an OHSP-350IR spectrometer. NrG Light publishes the instrument and distance so the number can be interpreted in context.

04

Controls + warranty

Touchscreen controls, presets, customizable sessions, and 0% flicker in continuous mode are paired with a 3-year warranty on Aura, Aurora, Phoenix, and PRIZM.

The Phoenix page includes the original measurement photos. Red Light 101 explains why readings from a spectrometer and a broadband meter should not be treated as interchangeable.

Open-air full-body design

More flexibility in how you position the light.

Phoenix and PRIZM use open layouts instead of enclosing the user under a clamshell canopy.

01

Open access + airflow

Open sides provide room airflow and easier access for repositioning, supports, and limb placement.

02

Distance becomes a control

Changing distance changes both irradiance and coverage. Phoenix Signature adds remote-controlled motorized height adjustment; panel rotation remains manual.

03

Flexible positioning

Phoenix supports standing, seated, targeted, and horizontal setups. Position, distance, spectrum, and intensity can be adjusted separately for face and body exposure.

Practical starting distances

Use distance and intensity together.

These are general starting ranges, not medical prescriptions. Adjust for comfort and intended use.

6-12 in

Body / recovery-focused

Higher available intensity with red + NIR or a custom spectrum.

12-18 in

Full-body / general wellness

A balanced starting range for broad full-body coverage at moderate intensity.

18-24 in

Face / skin-focused

A gentler starting range with lower intensity and a visible-light-focused mix.
